Inbound Daily Report assistance

Hello I'm new on this and somehow I cannot see the answered on my question about this one.

May I know what the difference between Total Call Answered and Total Agent Answered on Inbound Daily Report? also I notice the totals below Total Agent Answered columns has 1 call but above it has 0 calls.
