Hi,
To have a user access the reports and leads only this is what we have done:
    - Created an user group with option to access some of the reports
    - Created an user account of level 8
    - Have set the admin interface options view/download/export reports to 1

Now the user can login and see the reports only. However having the following two issues:
    - In the real time reports the user can see the top part of the report but not the bottom part where it displays which agents are now available/incall etc.
    - The user cannot search for leads and access audio records. It says "You do not have permissions to search leads"

Wondering how we can have the above two options available for the users.

1) Vicibox version has more than a single digit. You have "9". Add the rest ... Otherwise have done an excellent job posting your specs. Well done.

2) This is not a general discussion, it's a support request. Moving to the support board accordingly.

3) I presume you've verified that modifing all user ADMIN INTERFACE OPTIONS to 1 gives the user access to the missing items ... so it's merely a "process of elimination" to find out which one(s) are needed to see agents in the real time and search for leads?

For instance ... anything with "Lead" or "User" in it would be a good place to start, but honestly I like to fire up all of them to verify the sledgehammer approach will work and then start in on halves until I narrow it down to the right one(s).

Ok, Found the option "Modify Leads" to be set to 1 to enable Lear search. Unfortunately there is nothing called "Lead View". For now will have to give full access to Lead I think.

Have not found any solution for the other issue - Real time report's bottom part.

I will repeat my sledgehammer suggestion. First, prove that it's about the user settings by enabling all of them. If that doesn't fix the problem ... then user settings was obvioiusly not the problem.
