Perl script that controls ingroup call queueing

What perl script that is running in screen controls the delegation of calls from an ingroup to agents if they are sitting in queue waiting for a free agent?

That perl script doesn't run in a screen, it's an AGI script: agi-VDAD_ALL_inbound.agi

If you want to see it's output as it runs, you will need to make sure the Server AGI Output is set to BOTH, and you'll have to attach to the asterisk screen process.
