VICIDIAL SETUP RECOMMENDATION

Hi, I would like to know the cluster setup for having 60 Agents calling (Predictive). This will be set locally (On-premise).

you could really do this on one server, no need for a cluster really. if you wanted to you could separate the dialer from the web/db, but either way i would go with at least a 4 core 16gb

So we're planning to have web/db on vmware, and 3 asterisk(telephony) machine for them. Asterisk machine specs are 6c/12t 16gb each. DB/WEB will be 8c/8t 32gb ram. Will that be fine?

We never recommend using Virtual-Machines for any component of a VICIdial system.

What about Google cloud or AWS? Any luck there?
