No function or endpoint using remote agent

We noticed that we can only invoke the function ra_call_control only for a live call because call_id is required. However, we also need to dispose a call properly when a called party decided to hang up a call. We are invoking the update_lead function however it only updates the record on vicidial_list but not on other tables related to a specific lead. May we know the correct endpoint or that we can use for this scenario?
