Call ring in pause code

Hello I have the case when I create a campaign. I see in the agent logged in and I can still see call ringing when all the agents begin the pause code.

How can make to avoid this, is it necessary to configure a option to avoid this behavior ?

Did you give available only tally = yes?

Hello Kabis available only tally was not enabled for the campaign we change this to Y

No my guess is your system is out of date and you need to update openssl. are you using webphones?
