Hello, I'm having a problem with my web phone right now. There were no changes to the server settings, firewall, or internal firewall, but there was no audio on the webphone. What do you think happened?
Here's the scenario:
Using webphone (Thru another network) - No audio/sound
Using webphone (Thru local connection) - Working with audio
Using eyebeam/softphone (Thru another network) - Working with audio
Using eyebeam/softphone (Thru local connection) - Working with audio
