but agent receiving a popup no more leads in hopper, eventhough leads are there

i would say report it to the bug tracker but im on 3470 and i dont get that pop up

There is one thing I want to mention that all leads we load there us thru ViciDial no agent api. It adds 5-10 leads every 5 minutes there. Can it reset hopper or something?
