IVR Report details

Hi Team,

May I know how to generate IVR report with the customer number?
I means, let say the customer call in but they hang-up call during the call menu playing the IVR. The call not reach to in-gorup yet.

Hi,

1. You can get the all incoming calls deails form DID report from vicidial_did_log.

2. If you need reports, First LANd in an empty ingroup then NANQUE to IVR. SO all calls record will be available.
