I thought I read somewhere on here that a "new" feature was a tone that would periodically beep throughout a call during recording if it was needed (to notify customer of the call being recorded)
I've searched the forum but cannot find it. Is it a feature?
I have purchased a previous manager manual but not the most recent (nothing about it in the manual I have)

Not that I've ever heard of.
But if this works:

That's what the timer_rebeep.agi script is for. We set it up for one client, then after a few hours they called us asking to please turn it off because it was driving the agents crazy.
