Hi Team
vicidial inbound configure how to specific sip account. Below i have mentioned configurations

We are using cloud setup

192.168.1.10 Vicidial running , 192.168.1.5 , 192.168.1.8 Asterisk dialing servers

Cloud setup is not recommended for Vicidial.

I don't understand the question (if it is a question?)

Something inbound... You can start by reading the manual there is some inbound stuff in there :roll:

On your IP phone or the receiver(handset) Configure it directly via the settings on the firmware.

With ours we need to locate the IP of the hard phone.
and configure it via the software.

If your question is How do i configure a sip account?

In which case RTFM or first add the phone account on the dialer and then add the user account.

Is that of ANY use to you at all?

I have configured inbound call setup in vicidial 192.168.1.10

INBOUND CALL LANDING SERVER 192.168.1.14
Pri number = 66616300

I have followed vicidial manual steps

I have created

Campaign = inboundcalls

DID = 66616300

INGROUP = inboundcalls
