Prioritizing Agent Possible in Predictive Dial?

Dear all

If we have agents that are good and would like to receive more calls, can we prioritize certain agents in VICIDIAL Predictive Dial mode?

Yes, that is what user campaign ranking is for, you just need to set a user rank per campaign on the modify user page, then set the Next Agent Call to "campaign_rank" on the campaign detail page.

And if you are getting into cool toys like that, get a copy of the Manager's Manual (on EFLO.net). Has even more toys in it you may otherwise never know about. Take it with you to lunch for a few weeks. Read it instead of playing games on your Android. LOL

Does it mean 9 would get most calls and -9 would get the least? and 6 would get more calls than 0, - 6 would get less call than 0?
