Dear all,
Im new to vicidial but have some experience in Issabel PBX. In our premises there is an Alcatel OXE, all the calls come to it. Recently we set up a simple call centre using issabel pbx, the OXE would forward certain calls to issabel pbx using sip trunk. But in vicidial, i was unable to establish a sip trunk with OXE, I tried a lot referring to internet and alike but failed. Anyone could lend a hand ? Shall be very very grateful.

share your sip settings configured in VICIDIal
also share the sip status by running below command in asterisk cli
asterisk -vvvr
sip show peers
