hello,
i have a probleme in the auto dial, i want that all agents conected to a compaign dial call in the same time(not one by one), what i should set Dial method or change others parameteres.

Excuse for my english and thanks for your quick reply,
I have resolve my probleme( it was my gateway), but i want to ask you for another, i notice taht the agent should answer in X-lite to have the possibility to make a dial and what i constat is if the agent not answer(ignor in x-lite) he has also the possibility to make dial, i want to know if there is a possibility to loggout agent when he ignore in x-lite.

After 30 seconds there should be a message coming up that says noone is in the conference and gives the option of calling the agent again. The problem is when do you put the timeout? do you allow less than 30 seconds for the agent phone to ring?
Are you having a problem with your agents not answering the phone when the system calls them on login?

Yes its one of my problems, yes i think it must be systematically, when its ring, he must answer and he will be connected to the system, he ignore he will be rejected from it, thats what i want, i think i should recover the response from the x-lite and accrording to it i will allow or loggout the agent( dont use a timeout).

VICIDIAL does not currently do that. If you would like to add that feature to VICIDIAL we would welcome the contribution.
