Can agents modify list records?

Postby ekaftan » Tue Apr 22, 2008 6:03 pm

Small question: is there a way to let agents modify customer records? Or is the screen they see read-only always?

thanks,

That is an option in the campaign detail screen. There is also an override option in the Users section.

You can purchase the Managers Manual for Vicidial from our site www.vicidial.com It has all the info with nice picture descriptions as how to do that sort of thing. Along with many other great features.

I did buy it, but 2 years ago, a lot has changed.

I will buy it again as soon as 2.0.4.1 comes out :)

When you buy a manual you are actually buying the ability to download it and updates to it for 12 months from date of purchase.

I'm working on it :)

It's always tough to balance client work and development work for the community.

There is no Spanish version of manuals at this time, a few people have started it, but no one has finished one yet.
