I installed a parental control software to block and to control the internet acces but the problem is vicidial goes loco, it cant connect a call, it cant hang up, and different things/problems happend randomly. Sometimes it can create a call then next no information appears, etc.etc. conflict about the parental control software. How can i solve the control of internet access and not inturupting the vicidial.

Kapilhotmail, why would you say this is the wrong place to post such a question? VICICDIAL is within the mix of his problem and even though nobody here may be able to help him it is always good to know and learn about all these issues.... whatever they may be.

thanks for viewing but where do you think i get help? it's about vicidial right? is there a parental control software i can use w/o the conflict on the vicidial? or do i have something to do w/ vicidial so it will still run properly even though i installed a parental control software?

VICIDIAL does not work with any proxy/filtering/accellerator software that I have tried it with due to the extensive use of AJAX(which is not proxy-friendly).
You are going to have to find a way to not use your filtering software, or find proxing software that will allow you to white-list a domain so that it will not go through the filter.
