Those stats are not calculated every time the page is loaded, have you checked the status of your leads in the vicidial_list table?

I have a situation where no stats are updating, times synced between servers definately making/receiving calls. Though calls made is still 0 after about 45 minutes of dialing no other stats are updated either.

DIAL LEVEL: 1.6 TRUNK SHORT/FILL: 0 / 0 FILTER: NONE TIME: 2009-02-11 14:52:24
DIALABLE LEADS: 1151 CALLS TODAY: 2552 AVG AGENTS: 20 DIAL METHOD: RATIO
HOPPER LEVEL: 2000 DROPPED / ANSWERED: 51 / 221 DL DIFF: 2.25 STATUSES: SALE, CALLBK, NA, NEW
LEADS IN HOPPER: 1213 DROPPED PERCENT: 23.08% DIFF: 11.25% ORDER: DOWN
What calls are in Dropped ?
Is it from agent end or from the system backend. I want the explanation of these.
and
the AvgCalls duration is too less, I'm sure its not correct.

Dropped calls are from the back end.
Where do you see avgcalls duration on this report?

Those are two different reports, I'm not really sure what you are trying to say here.

In order for dropped / answer to show correctly, you need to make sure you have your system statuses correctly configured.
You need to make sure that all calls are answered have "human_answerable" set to Yes.
If you want to try to figure out how your summary is currently measuring dropped / answer, look at the VDAD Report for one of your campaigns. Here you will be able to see the breakdown of dropped calls and dispositions.
It should help you figure out how your setup is currently calculating dropped calls vs what it should be calcluating.
Maybe I'm way off here, but I think your problem is more with your GUI settings than the back-end.
