Hello gents:
We have a handful of numbers our agents call on a regular basis throughout the day, for verification of payment info, etc...
They are dialing these numbers through the Manual Dial feature. However sometimes someone will accidentily mark one of these as DNC and the next we know the entire call center cant call a number. Is there any way to exclude numbers form being added as leads/DNC's permanently? But also so that they can still be called through manual dial?
I understand the override feature on that same screen but it lacks call recording etc...
Thoughts?

i have it set to none. but want I want to do is create a list of numbers that can ALWAYS be called, these are numbers we use to call into banks for payment verification etc..

If manual dial filtering is set to NONE then it should not be filtering out the DNC calls. What is the exact error message that you are getting on your screen when it will not let these calls through?

Nothing it just times out. But if they dial manually through the softphone it works fine. I'll investigate more.
