Please tell me about DL DIFF and DIFF, which are on TIME ON VDAD report.
DL DIFF=2.85
DIFF=15.00
Please tell me what is DL DIFF and DIFF?

Dial Level difference from the current dial level. It's really just a statistic used for the predictive dialing algorithm.

ON which algorithm it works.
On realtime screen of vicidial, i am looking as:-
DIAL LEVEL: 1.5 TRUNK SHORT/FILL: 0 / 0 FILTER: NONE TIME: 2009-05-05 18:53:23
DIALABLE LEADS: 6547 CALLS TODAY: 29243 AVG AGENTS: 23 DIAL METHOD: ADAPT_AVERAGE
HOPPER LEVEL: 50 DROPPED / ANSWERED: 13 / 2574 DL DIFF: 11.05 STATUSES: NEW
LEADS IN HOPPER: 153 DROPPED PERCENT: 0.51% DIFF: 48.04% ORDER: DOWN
+ VIEW MORE SETTINGS VIEW USER GROUP SHOW AGENT NAME HIDE SERVER INFO HIDE WAITING CALLS DETAIL
17 calls being placed 17 calls ringing 0 calls waiting for agents
23 agents logged in 6 agents in calls 11 agents waiting 6 paused agents

AVG AGENTS is the average number of agents on the system in the last minute
