How to connect it with vtiger crm

Renaming of fields in agent screen changes the field name in all the campaigns is there some other way to have those fields in the particular campaign. Someone suggested that we should link it to a crm or to a web form. how to connect to vtiger crm

i have found the vtiger.txt document it says we can't integrate the vtigercrm version 5.0.3 with vicidial for this it should be 5.0.4 how to upgrade my current vitiger crm version
