Hi Guys,

Is there a particular "secret" disposition that will put a lead immediately back into the hopper? We are noticing that agents will get their leads immediately back in their hopper (within one or two minutes) that they just called if they choose dispositions such as:

not interested
vm did not leave message
disconnected

However, this never happens for options such as 'Call Back'.
