I recently moved my server to a different location in my office and when I set it back up I told my agents to log in. When they log in like they always have the soft phone is not ringing and my agent cannot get any phone calls. Is there a reason why this would happen? The phone does not ring and we do not hear the message"you are the only person logged in". Please any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Did you change the IP address of the server?
If so, did you run the ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl script?

Run this and follow the instructions:
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl

Matt thanks so much for your help but the ip address does not seem to be the problem. I actually have my server set up in my house(I have residential fios 20mb downlod/10mb upload speed). I can access vicidial and log in to admin and aget interface but when the agents click submit the soft phone does not ring. It doesnt do anything at all it just sits there. Usally it would ring and I would hear the message"you are the only person in this conference" then I would hit resume and start taking calls. I am using vicidial:

What could have changed from shuting down the server and rebooting. Any help would be great. THANKS AGAIN!

So when you click submit to login an agent you see nothing at all show up on the Asterisk CLI?
