HELP.... LEADS REPEATEDLY LOADED...

Hi,

I have this problem where the LEADS are repeatedly loaded into the hopper even thought it has been already made a dispo. Do you have any idea to stop this?

Do you have auto-alt-dial enabled in your campaign?

Do you have any lead recycling entries for your campaign?

auto-alt-dial was disable.

NOT for this time, but i have tried to recycle some leads for the campaign. but its already turn off.

there also times that it successively repeated itself, even just the call has been ended, the no. loaded repeatedly.

pls. help me on this problem...
