Hi, i have a multi server setup 1 asterisk server, 1 databased mysql/apache

using: astguicleint 2.0.5
Asterisk 1.2.30.2
PHP 4.4.7
mysql-4.0.27

Load average of mysql server in production(Databased server) 0.95

Problem i encounters are:

-Information of the Client on leads are displayed on delay, client already answered the phone. Also LIVECALL but client are still not answering the phone-takes a minute before it answers.
-Client already hangup the phone but still agent cant able to hangup it
-On real time monitor Dialable Leads are not displayed, also Calls today, Dropped answer information.

and what i do for remedy is i rebuild the mysql databased. i dump all important tables and create a new database on it again. after that the databased server operation done good no delays but after days of operation same problem had came back all specified problem still exist now.

Also i want to monitor the mysql process with mtop and other mysql monitor clinet but i cant login with cron user or root user, i got skip grants error mysql server is running --skip-grants-tables

What would best resolution for this. Hpe anyone can help. Thanks

i have also notice that, when i delete list of leads on my campaign list reducing it into 10 sets, the delayed problem i say lessen up its occurrences. means i have a good dial compare to adding more list on my campaign, but vicidial right can handle such large numbers of list, right.

Do you have host lookups disabled in mysql?

What is your database loadavg when you have these lead info delay problems?

Have you used mtop to see if there is a bottleneck as the system when this happens?

My load average when this happens is only 2.0 and also i cant monitor it with mtop i got this error:

and tried the cron user i got same here:

and also on mysql hostlookup is disabled.

Agents also experience during call porcess they get this message " you have been kicked form this conference". number of agent get this simultaneously..
