Urgent !!! VicidialNow 1.2 CE final Configuration

Hi,

I just finished installing vicidialnow, but i have some problems to configure it for my usage. It is for an enterprise 's project for a call center here in France, and I need to configure vicidialnow to use it in France with France numbers and international numbers.

Could anyone help me for the configuration of vicidialnow and the dial plan; please ???

It's urgent, please.

I have this week-end to make it perfectly working, so please help me...

I already followed this tuto, but unfortunetly it didn't work at all.
I have an error message said that the nimber I calling is not available.

So I want to transform all the number in this tuto into France number, because I'm in france et 'll make call in france.

I just installed my new vicidialnow.

where do i create trunk ? in sip.conf ? or in sip-vicidial.conf via the web-admin console "carrier"?

I think the creation of users will be made via the the web-admin console to sip-vicidial.conf.

and what about the extensions-vicidial.conf & extensions.conf ? about the dial plan ?

i have the free sample version and it's not complet.

i read all tuto i found but i couldn't dial with vicidial; have this message" that this is not a valid extension".

i don't know what to do .

i can dial using the phone alone but couldn't with vicidial.

if you're ok you can send me a msg via hotmail (my login esianyo) and i'll give you an authorization to access my pc,
