Your session has been disabled

Hi

I am using vicidialnow VERSION: 2.0.5-173 ,when i login into the agent login i get the error message "Your session has been disabled"

How to resolve this issue..

1) please post your entire setup (vicidial version is a great place to start! thanks!) please include a statement of whether any OTHER software has been installed. also read the stickies and the manager's manual.

2) Good places to find information on this question, which has been asked several times. It gets asked, generally the "asker" is asked a couple questions, then they never come back to respond. Presumably because they found a solution.
