Hello,

I am using vicidialnow-1.2 final version.
When we press resume button for taking call, it automatically comes in pause mode.

What is the solution for this problem?
Please help me.

This is usually a time-sync issue

Check the times and time zones of all computers involved and restart your server if it has been running for a long time without a restart.
