VICIDIAL transfer from Local SIP to Local SIP

hello, I have VERSION: 2.0.5-173 of Vicidial, Just want to asked how can I configure my Vicidial to make transfer from SIP local to SIP local.... please help me step by step to do this, thanks a lot

Not exactly sure what you mean by this, do you want to use the agent interface to do this?

What I want is the agent can transfer to another SIP local number

for now the agent is doing a manual transfer to a closer, by typing their Magic Jack number.

for example:

Agent1(Sip local # 123) on call ===> Hold ===> Transfer to Closer (Sip local # 116)

And what exactly are the steps that they are using to do this?

when the agent called somebody, and they want to transfer that call to a closer they are doing the transfer by entering the Magic Jack number of the closer.

what I want is they can be able to transfer that call using SIP number not magic jack number
