I'm having the following issue with my installation:
- outbound calls are dropped while agent is in call...
some agents are keeping previous calls (answering machines) while they fully closed and gave a status to it, making the next call with a new customer and previous answering machine...
I checked with my telco: everything is clear and clean.
I have some agents placing "manual calls" using the same Asterisk server and they are not facing the same issues. So, my guess is that they are coming from Vicidial.
Any idea ?
