Determine disconnect phone without dialing

Hello, is there any feature where I can flag disconnected phones without dialing ? in past I heard some feature called "Tri-tone" dont know much about it.

or can anyone suggest, best possible way to reduce agent wait time while dialing fairly average quality phone list ? Thanks in advance.

Well, there is no way to determine anything without dialing at all. I think you are referring to manual dialing.

As for Tri Tones, if you want the paid-for Sangoma CPD you can have this functionality with ViciDial since we have fully integrated with it. The CPD also does Answering machine and fax detection as well.
