Hello-
I am hoping someone can answer a few questions for me. We currently use asterisk to provide VoIP services for multiple clients as a hosted service. We would like to provide some call center applications for those clients. Here are the questions:
1) Does VICIDIAL provide any type of reporting capability? (agents stats, call abandonments, etc)
2) Does it directly support call monitoring and barge in?
Any help would be appreciated.

as for reports, You can write some php scripts and pull out a lot of datas from the mysql database. See VICIDIAL uses php and mysql. Check out the default reports included in the base vicidial install.
and yes vicidial can barge in and monitor calls. It also have recording capabilities.
