Changes from beta 1 of 2.0.2:
- Several bug fixes from beta 1
- New options for the web lead loaders (duplicate check, zip GMT coding)
- some links added and display changes for admin.php
- added US Zipcode timezone coding option to all lead importers
- updated other language translations for web scripts
- Manual dialing agents now apper on all realtime reports

You are correct. It is not compatible with asterisk-perl 0.09(this is noted in the documentation)

As for app_conference, we do not recommend using it, there is still a major bug in it that will cause an Asterisk crash.

i'm spent many hours trying to find this problem

line 430 from the SCRATCH_INSTALL(asterisk-perl section):
"NOTE: Do NOT use the 0.09 version, it does not work with VICIDIAL"

As for app_conference, it should be functional, but I cannot find anyone who has the capability to debug the flaws with it to make it more reliable. It should work in lower call-volume setups, but it will crash if you give it enough calls over time.
