At times, it says ẗhere are no leads in hopper.
Please help;
TIA
you are using rigth user/password?
is there a phone with that user/pass on the server?

did you get manager manual?
Have you loaded leads?
Does it show that it has leads in hopper?
what scatch_install did you follow? ubuntu_install?
did you install 2.0.5 or 2.2.0?

There is a huge list out there
Should I change anything at all? I have bought service from Terrasip as a trial (Didnt know any better for bulk voip).. should I add it under carrier?
I use xlite on the systems.. how should I receive call on the systems? Lets say, I login to agc/astguiclient using a user id.. opened xlite and logged in using one of the phones listed..
then?

your xlite do you configure like this,
user cc100
password test
and domain your viciserver
and when you logon to vicidial agent gui, you login in with phone 100 and user test
and then it askes for your vicidial username and password.
and as i said before buy manager manual, it answers many questions
you ad terrasip under carrier
are you going do outbound or inbound?

I installed xlite.. it did not work.. then I installed ekiga.. entered username:100, pass:1234, auth user:100, server: 70.168.1.3 (vicidial add).
Logged in using astguiclient, phone did not ring, seconds later astguiclient said: there is noone in session.

why are you using external ip on a internal lan?
you should use 10.0.0.0
or 192.168.1.1

I am in Asia/India. Tried login, it says: Bad login. I am using XLITE.. do I need to change anything anywhere in vicibox?

strange that he gives you an ip-range assigned to another network
but you should use the user/password given in admin/phone

Hi Michael
Solved.
For other people who might run into prob:
I downloaded Xlite again; its a binary file and after opening it I went to menu>SIP settings and used my login information.
Once done, I opened sip.conf in my server which pointed to sip-vicidial.conf; in my case it pointed to sip-vici.conf. I think my technical guy would have changed it.
Now I can connect through zoiper/xlite. With Kphone it gives time out error. Also, it does not give me any message, it just rings but does not give me any message "You are in conference" or anything.
